Our aged care support staff can help clients with as much or as little as they need, including:

Screening and verification of staff
The screening and verification of our support workers is all overseen by a leadership team deeply experienced in clinical expertise. We also meet our support workers face-to-face which allows us to rigorously evaluate them and make an informed decision about their suitability.
Approved provider for aged care
Alliance Community is an approved Aged Care Provider in NSW for Home Care Packages (HCP) and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), as listed on the My Aged Care website. We also provide services to clients via private arrangements.
