About the role:
We have multiple opportunities for new employees to join our team. We are looking for staff to build a team, who are able to deliver tailored support for unique individuals and work as a unit.
Staff will be assisting clients with self care, food preparations, domestic assistance and community access.

We are looking for:
Staff who have flexibility and availability are essential in this role, with the ability to work a variety of shifts; morning, day, afternoon, evening, night and weekends. (Flexible rosters to accommodate work life balance). 
Experience in working with people with disabilities, challenging behaviours, and complex physical disabilities.

Tasks:
Positively supporting our client's routines/care plans in a flexible manner. This includes:
•    Community Participation 
•    Assistance with personal care
•    Assist with domestic duties
•    Assistance with the preparation of meals
•    Assist with medication 
•    Provide quality support and meet the needs of the client in line with their goals
•    Ability to provide a person-centered approach that empowers the client's choice and independence
•    Maintain client records and report writing
•    Provide feedback to the Service Coordinators and other stakeholders

Mandatory checks and licenses:
•    Minimum/Or willing to obtain Certificate III in Individual Support or any Social and Community Qualifications 
•    A Current and Valid Driver’s License & Full Comprehensive Insurance
•    Current First Aid Certificate including CPR
•    NDIS Workers Screening Check/Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
•    Current Police Check 
•    NDIS Worker Orientation Module “Quality, Safety and You” Certificate
